We sincerely apologize for the delays and we are doing everything in our power to get the tournament database, bracketing system and new site design layout up and running as soon as possible. It was our goal to eliminate the entry fee to the tournament and as promised we delivered that goal. Now our goal is to make sure the first Season of the NE-SE is the absolute best it can be both for players, viewers and general eSports fans alike. We have established a guaranteed tournament schedule format for Tournament A of Season 1 regardless of web development delays and that schedule is now viewable under the Schedule tab.

Blizzard Entertainment has made a formal announcement throughout StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty and StarCraft II web sites. The NE-SE would like everyone to acknowledge that the goal of the NE-SE is not to just provide everyone with a real opportunity to earn cash prizes playing StarCraft II. We also strongly recommend participating in various other aspects of the NE-SE, get involved with the community and enjoy the various aspects available throughout the NE-SE site. The NE-SE is sponsoring a tournament with Its GoSu eSports featuring a $1,750 prize pool between 1st, 2nd and 3rd. The Its GoSu eSports Invitational roster has been announced and you can find more information by clicking the provided links. The roster already features some of the top players in North America and we are looking forward to much more. The event will be streamed live on August 10th-11th and all links will be provided to the stream right here on the NE-SE main site. We look forward to more events in the future, especially with the fine individuals in the Its GoSu eSports organization.
